Pricing
Our pricing is straightforward and transparent. Concrete is billed by the cubic yard and rounded to the next quarter yard. Because we mix on-site, you only pay for what you use — no over-ordering, no waste.
One of the biggest advantages of volumetric concrete is flexibility. We can produce exactly the mix design you need, when you need it. Pouring multiple mixes on the same project? No problem. Our trucks can deliver:
2500 PSI, 3000 PSI, 4000 PSI, 4500 PSI, 5000 PSI, ODOT Type C, flowable fill, CDF, block fill, pump mix, grout, and more—all from the same truck, on the same job.
Our standard service area includes Franklin County and surrounding counties. Delivery within a 20-mile radius of downtown Columbus, Ohio is included at no additional charge. If your project falls outside this area, we’re happy to provide a custom delivery quote.

Standard Delivery (Included)

After-Hours Delivery – $150 per Truck

Premium Delivery – $500 per Truck

Unloading & Production Time
Our trucks are capable of producing up to 65 yards per hour, but we understand that every job moves at its own pace.
Each order includes:

30 minutes for setup and washout

Plus 6 minutes per yard ordered
Examples:

5 yards = 60 minutes total on-site

10 yards = 90 minutes total on-site
If your project requires additional time due to access, utility work, or staging conditions, please let us know when placing your order so we can plan accordingly.
Truck Rental (Static Pouring)
Fresh, on-demand concrete is what sets volumetric mixing apart—but flexibility is a close second.
For projects that require extended placement time with lower volume production, we offer truck rental options. This is ideal for applications such as utility work, road repairs, or phased pours where production may span several hours.
With this option, you essentially have the truck on-site for the duration of your project. You maintain control of the pace, and you are only billed for the materials used.

Metered Delivery — Pay Only for What You Use
Every yard of concrete is metered directly from the truck and billed to the nearest ¼ yard, ensuring complete accuracy and zero waste.
Whether you need just a few bucketfuls or a full pour, we deliver exactly what your project requires—no minimum order, no overages, and no leftover concrete dumped on-site.
Each truck can supply up to 10 cubic yards of fresh, on-demand concrete.
Cancellations
We understand that schedules change and ask for as much notice as possible when canceling or rescheduling an order.

Cancellations within 2 hours of scheduled delivery (standard hours): $150 fee

After-hours or premium cancellations (if truck has not mobilized): $250 fee

If a truck arrives on-site and the order is canceled: $250 fee plus applicable cancellation charges
