Every order has 10 minutes per yard to unload. This is based on scheduled arrival time to the ticket end time. We do not charge you for clean out or when we are early- which we usually are.  

If additional time is needed (utility repairs, road work, limited access sites) we offer a ‘flex time’ program.  For a fee, you keep and control the truck and operator as long as you want, and use exactly what you need. Gravel, sand, slurry, concrete, water…. Then pay for what you need and how much you need -All on demand.

All our concrete mixes are metered off the truck and rounded up to the nearest 1/4 yard. We can deliver as little as a few bucketfuls or as much as you need. There is no minimum order. There is never any “leftover” concrete dumped at your job site. Maximum delivery per truck is 10 cubic yards.

We ask that you provide as much notice as possible when cancelling an order. 
If an order is canceled inside of two hours of delivery time during normal hours, a $150 cancellation fee will apply. Most of the time we will have passed or moved others orders around to accommodate.
If an order is canceled during after-hours or premium hours and truck is not mobile, a $250 cancellation fee will apply. 
Should a truck arrive on your job site and the order is cancelled, you will be charged a cancellation fee plus $250
